Abstract The increasing energy demand and rising concern about climate change have become two significant factors in finding alternative sources other than fossil fuels. Biomass has been implemented by several tropical countries such as Indonesia Malaysia to answer this challenge utilizing palm oil by-products boiler fuels generate steam for mill (POM) processing well electricity generation. Fiber kernel shell major residues that purpose. Moreover, empty fruit bunch (EFB) can also another biomass fuel the boiler. This study is aimed at analyzing optimizing utilization of fiber, shell, EFB adjusting percentile contents those three constituents evaluating CO2 production. result analysis indicates best composition minimize power plant using 70% 0% 30% EFB.
